Set in the 1980s, Glengarry Glen Ross tells the story of four Chicago real estate salesmen. The bosses of the company have declared a sales contest. The person with the most sales wins a Cadillac, and the two salesmen who perform worst will be fired. A chalkboard is used to keep track of each man's sales. The play takes place in two locations, a Chinese restaurant in Act one, and a real estate office in Act 2.
The set is made up of reversible flats which display each scene on each side, The set and costumes are influenced by films set in the 1980s such as The Wolf of Wall Street and American Psycho.
